These plush were showcased at JAPEO 2013, an arcade expo in Japan. Looks like the mane six will be available as crane game prizes in two different sizes. Applejack even comes with her hat!
According to sunyshore on MLP Arena, these are likely unfinished prototypes, so the unicorns will be released with their horns. The first set will be released in July and the second in August.
