MyLittlePony.com got a new look yesterday to tie in with the upcoming TV series and new toy line.
The home page features a introductory video with the new My Little Pony Theme song. I believe this is the video previously described as being shown at the San Diego Comic Con. In the background of the video are a boy pony, an elderly pony, and some small pony children.
The Meet the Ponies page has been updated with descriptions of the new ponies. There are also coloring books for each of the new ponies, and a personality quiz (I am apparently like Twilight Sparkle).

Yep that's what I saw back during Comic-con, nice to finally see it again cept this time with audio.
I also vaguely remeber a clip after it with Rarity and TwilightSparkle, but I assumed it was a scene from one of the eps.
