The MLPTP Winter 2010/2011 ATC Swap is open for sign-ups.
"ATC stands for Artist Trading Card. ATCs are small pieces of original artwork. The only limitation on ATCs is the size: 2.5x3.5 inches or 64x89mm and generally a flat surface (although you can add beads, fold out panels, or pop up elements for 3D effects.)"There are two themes to choose from:

The ponies grew up in the '80s, and their sense of decorating for the winter holidays leans towards to fantastic and glittery. (Some ponies probably eat tinsel with confetti for breakfast, lunch, and dinner ) For this swap, show off the ponies having fun decorating. Extra cookie points if you use real glitter.
(Holidays encompassed for this swap include Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, and Mardi Gras -- told you it was the all-encompassing winter holiday swap! Pick and choose whatever you'd like to celebrate.)
Group Two: Snow Day!
The ponies always have an excuse to go play in the snow. It's perfect for sledding, or snowball fights, or building giant snowponies, or just taking a stroll through the woods to enjoy the fresh snow. The more responsible ones might shovel the sidewalks (yuck). Of course, maybe some of them would prefer to stay inside with the hot cocoa. Let's see how you imagine the ponies spending their snow day!""
