Here's a brand new pony fanfiction site, the Friendship is Magic Fan Fiction Archive. A little about it from their FAQ page:
"I quickly discovered that unlike other fandoms, MLP:FiM didn't have a website dedicated to its fanfiction. Sites like Equestria Daily linked out to some, but they were all hosted on random deviantArt and Google Docs accounts. I felt there should be a place where everyone could keep their stories, and a place where readers could easily browse for new and favorite fiction."The My Little Pony Lexicon, a previously featured site, serves this purpose for general pony fanfiction, but this new site fills a gap for Friendship is Magic fanfiction.
