picklepud at the MLP Arena spotted this Celebration at Canterlot Castle Playset on Taobao.

"Comes with a light up [Shine Bright] Twilight Sparkle and also a bonus (PINK) uni[corn] called Starbeam Twinkle."

The box has a sticker that says "Canterlot Only at Target". No word yet on when that Target release might come.
