A behind-the-scenes look at the design for the 2011 Comic Con pony can be seen at the My Little Pony Facebook fan page. According to the source, she will also be available for purchase on HasbroToyShop.com following the convention.

An exclusive poster featuring the entire cast of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was sold at Comic Con as well. Only 5,000 copies have been made and were only available during the convention, which has now passed. They can be found on eBay as of right now so if you want one I would pick one up for cheap while you still can!
