PandaStar Customs fills a unique niche in the custom pony tutorial market. Their focus is blind bag customs, modifications for those tiny ponies that were called "Ponyville" back in the G3 era, and now are primarily available in blind bags (though a few other releases have come out). The site is fairly new, and only has 2 parts of what appears to be an ongoing tutorial posted so far (Part 1, Part 2), but we look forward to seeing more from them.
