Crystal Empire Ploomette will be released in a double-pack with Twilight Sparkle. Judging by the packaging, she is going to be an international exclusive like Rainbow Flash and the original Daisy Dreams, although we don't know for sure. As this was found on Taobao, its release date is unknown.
You may recognize Ploomette from her Glimmer Wings version!
