This product was recently listed on Big Bad Toy Store. It is simply called "My Little Pony Monopoly" and currently does not have a photo. It is up for pre-order for $39.99 and is estimated to arrive in July of this year.
Big Bad Toy Store has also listed a My Little Pony Memory game, again with no photo, which can be pre-ordered for $17.99. It may be the same G4 Memory game that was sold at Walmarts in Canada in 2011.
