Jinratgeist (an animator working on FiM) has been uploading 'Evolution of Scene' videos to YouTube. The videos show how a scene evolves during the animation process. The first three can be found here, and the fourth one can be seen here.

The fifth one shows the scene in Griffon the Brush Off (the Gilda episode) where Dash decides to team up with Pinkie Pie to prank the the entire world. Or just Ponyville. Watch it below!
