The end of season two is fast approaching! Seems like just yesterday that it began.
The season finale is a two-parter, set to air on April 21, 2012. Equestria Daily was sent this synopsis snippet, originally from a physical copy of TV Guide:

Not everything is rainbows and gumdrops in this two-part special that finds unicorn Twilight Sparkle digging up a wedding shocker as her brother Shining Armor prepares to get hitched. -MWBThat's right! Seems that Shining Armor, the stallion we have been hearing so much about, is Twilight Sparkle's brother! Who saw that coming? This could still be a rumor as evidence of this cannot be found on their website, but it seems real to me. Keep a look out for this little piece in your own copy of TV Guide.
