The two newest additions to Hot Topic's vinyl figure collection are now up for pre-order on Hot Topic's website. Doctor Whooves and Fluttershy are available for $16.50 each with a release date of February 22, 2013. Only 1 in 24 will receive the clear, sparkly variant (Fluttershy's is pictured above)!
